Buying a house is a long, lengthy process that can often take months and months, only for the bottom to fall out of the chain. Chainchaser’s idea was to go back to basics, creating a dedicated team of professionals trained to pick up the phone and ruthlessly ‘chase the chain’ - revolutionising the property industry to give more control and visibility back to buyers. This unique service aimed to streamline the home buying process, from reservation to completion.
The language needed to capture this, but I was encouraged to have fun with it. ‘We complete you’ as a strapline worked two ways: it illustrated the ultimate goal of the buyer; to complete on their purchase as well as putting a twist on the idea of being complete and satisfied in life.
This confident language fed into the creative. Starting with the logo which featured 2 ‘c’s linked together to illustrate the chain and continuing with a warm, friendly colour palette reflecting their values. Advertising concepts used bold language to get the point across.
